With over 45 years of experience in the property and financial services industries, Bazil Naidoo has established himself as a respected and experienced professional in the Western Cape property market.
Bazil began his career in banking with Absa Bank in 1980, gaining valuable experience in finance and developing a strong understanding of the financial principles that underpin successful property transactions and investments.
Today, Bazil is the Principal of Black Rock Property Group, a property company registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). His extensive experience encompasses commercial, industrial and residential property, property finance, insurance and property development.
Black Rock Property Group specialises in the sale and letting of commercial and industrial properties, supported by its Platinum Properties residential division. The group also has interests in financial services, providing life insurance and short-term insurance, as well as mortgage origination through Equity Bond Homeloans, in association with Multinet Homeloans.
Over the course of his career, Bazil has been involved in the successful completion of 33 property development projects throughout the Western Cape, working alongside a number of highly successful property developers. This experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of property development, investment, finance and the broader property market.
